Comment:  All those 5 stars are self ranks. Nobody on campus considered delta chi top tier or even middle tier. If I'm being truly honest, saying they are middle tier is a big reach. Also they aren't getting a new house anytime soon Greek row is built out. They even had to take the their letters off their "house" also it's just a litteral house some of their memebers live at. The fact that all of those comments are self ranks proves the point.
