Comment:  For sure the top fraternity at Texas State. Huge presence on campus. Throw great parties with great music. Their house has stages and apparently the only fraternity with a pool. Very attractive boys who are mostly all gentlemen... not very often you find gentlemen in a fraternity so thats a plus for Phi Psi. Genuine brotherhood for sure.
