Comment:  Chi Phi is definetly on the rise. Used to be a bunch of weird guys that liked to drink by themselves (from what I heard), and the new members of the past few years have certainly changed that. Always solid parties, provide drivers and even offer to buy ubers if the drivers are out, some great guys. The house is a bit outdated but that's my only complaint. Great guys moving up the Greek ranks.
