Comment:  I love the chapter of Phi delta Theta here at western, I always have a blast with them at every party, social event that they have. Also they went to the bahamas for their formal last year.... They're dope as hell and from someone being at every party, I can tell you that its always jam packed and everyones on the dance floor.
