Comment:  Though not a top tier house this is def on the rise since coming back on the row. Every pledge class seems to be gettting better especially this fall pledge class. I see boys in res ties everywhere. The ones I've met and are all genuine nice guys. Too soon to tell but it's very possible they will be in the upper tiers of frats soon enough.
