Comment:  Pros: The Castle, HUGE philanthropy event, crazy halloween party, strongest brotherhood (in my opinion), cute pledges, the castle, NOT sketch parties like some other frats, respectful, THE CASTLE, and sober drivers!!! Cons: The hot ones have girlfriends, they dont do Kamikaze or Rumble in the jungle anymore, not thowing as many parties as they could. 9.5/10 Definitely tied for top house, if not top house already.
