Comment:  They do know how to party if you like to go hard. The girls who hang around them are just trying to get their MRS degree. The guys in the fraternity don't know what they're going to do after college/ have no plans. I know a FEW nice phi kaps but they got kicked off of campus and they will most likely not come back.
