Comment:  As a third year sorority girl in whats considered the top sorority I can say my freshman year I did not know this house existed they only had a hand full of members and were on life support. This was the first fraternity at CP and the Alumni dug deep to builld a brand new 7000sf fraternity mansion the ONLY purpose built fraternity house at CP. After two HOT #1 PC this is the new #1 house at CP. Guys are HOT HOT HOT, and much more sophisticated than the country bumpkins in all other fraternities
