Comment:  This is a bottom-middle or middle-middle tier frat. The last couple recruiting classes have been subpar, and it seems like they take too many international kids only there for a semester. They rarely have open parties, but when they do, they are right up there as the best on campus. Super diverse and smart guys who are heavily involved in the campus community. They just need to have more events. Mixed bag in terms of looks. A few of the seniors who just graduated were really attractive.
