Comment:  The chapter is definitely doing better than previous years. Their grades are still really low, but they definitely did a turn around this year on all other aspects. They're slightly more respectable and much more involved. Their parties are one of the best among the chapters here for sure. Work on grades and respectability and they can be top house.
