Comment:  The last two PC were #1. I received bids from PIKE, SAE and LXA and chose LXA there is no comparison. If you weren't called hot all your life, randomly stopped and asked if you have an agent, athletic,smart, cultured, parents belong to the 1%, attract the hottest girls like bees to honey then you may have to settle for a lower tier house like PIKE, SAE.
