Comment:  Sigma Chi is no doubt the top fraternity on this campus. They have a really large house on University Street and throws traditional frat parties on steroids. (Hype week & Carnival lool) Most guys I met also seem very genuine, smart, and sociable. They're ALWAYS at Mme Lee on Thursdays (like why???)
