Comment:  I view this chapter as top tier only because they are beautiful girls. Unfortunately I don't see much growth throughout this chapter when it comes to their values.. They are not very panhellenic and can be mean at times. However, there are some really great girls in the chapter who conduct themselves well. As a whole, these girls are all about looks and will step on anyone to make it to the top. Keep in mind that a few rotten apples spoil the bunch.
