Comment:  I personally wouldn't put Phi Mu as top tier, nor would anyone else I know. The self ranking on here is sad. I met some nice girls during recruitment... You guys could do a lot more on campus and within your sisterhood if you're trying to appeal to more people... Then you wouldn't have to waste your time self ranking.
