Comment:  I'm friends with an active member and she told me that their recruitment chair put all the pretty girls out to recruit, and shoved all the other girls either in the kitchen or in the hallway to take notes on the girls everyone else talked to. Seems pretty fake to me, but she says their sisterhood is great. I just would feel super bad if I wasn't pretty enough to recruit. I'd be scared to join because I wouldn't know what side I would be on if I did accept my bid.
