Comment:  Cornell's first fraternity, they've managed to leverage their 150 year plus history to be a solid house. They're currently on the rise (after a poor few years in the early 2000s) and are in an incredible location on campus. Lots of open parties that brings in a ton of freshmen due to their location on North Campus. Overall a great place to go if you're looking for an open party on North.
