Comment:  I rushed this house and tried to get a bid this fall but didn't get one. From a completely unbiased source I can say that this is lowkey one of the best houses on campus. Great ratio at parties, awesome house, and it's full of really cool guys. Definitely gonna come back and try to get a bid one more time this spring, good stuff from theta chi at SU
