Comment:  Here is some truth: Sigma Chi is a lower tier house in all aspects. The greatest improvement they've made here at this school since I've been here is numbers. They've rushed this semester more than ever before, but unluckily for them, numbers does not equal performance. They are still full of awkward, unattractive guys that are trying extremely hard to act like they're more than what they are.
