Comment:  That isn't what being top tier at UT is about. Being top tier is about not being socially awkward and bidding anyone who can pay to be in your chapter. Having money is certainly a part of being top tier, but not bragging about it acting pretentious is just as important. Also, you have to have a nice house to be top tier; Sigma Chi doesn't. I'll give an honest ranking this time though to be fair.
