Comment:  I was really interested in ZTA going into recruitment, but I realized I don't fit into their cookie cutter stereotype and honestly had no chance. No matter how awesome the girls said your conversation was during the rounds, it was superficial and seems it didn't matter. I wasn't surprised when I didn't get asked back, but still doesn't mean it didn't hurt. Diversify.
