Comment:  A group of guys who just want to have fun without all the Greek nonsense. Parties are fun here, but they don't have many. I think this might be the nicest house on campus, so more open parties would be unbelievable for their tier ranking. A couple more decent pledge classes and I could see them moving up. I also don't think they have a tailgate, which is probably holding them back.
