Comment:  Phi Mu is starting to finally get their girls together and establish themselves on campus. It may be a few years before they actually have a significant impact. I'd say they're lower middle tier. Maybe right in the middle since no one knows about them. Honestly, some of the girls are hot. I think there's more hot than not. Hopefully they capitalize on that next year with their new pledges. They did not just take any reject, thank god.
