Comment:  Definitely top tier but they have a terrible sisterhood. I refrained from joining even though I'm a legacy because of things current sisters have told me. They are very nice when you first meet them and during rush, but once you join the sisterhood is terrible and they are super caddy and fake to each other, but by then you're already stuck. At least they're pretty and social though.
