Comment:  Overall they're a solid a mid-tier house. Not as douchey as the other houses (Ksig, SAE, PIKE). Seem to be more respectful, humble and come off as more genuine to girls. They have some great parties and good relations with most of the sororities. They also appear to have a good brotherhood They have potential to be top/mid if they recruit harder and get some more athletic guys.
