I can only assume its becaue they're rising so fast. its easy to see that chi o zeta and kappa got the best pledge classes this year and last. They have all around genuine smart and beautiful girls and every single pnm during recruitment loved their house. I heard bad things about every house but next to nothing but love for zeta. My best friend got a bid and i've never seen her happier. Great house and great girls stop spamming hate
