Comment:  Decent group of guys who like to have a good time but are also smart about it and respectful. Not very attractive but they still somehow party with pretty attractive women. Numbers are rising and soon they'll rise out of middle tier. Nice house location and outside recreational activities but the inside could be nicer. Average fraternity with solid potential
