Comment:  Delta Upsilion was the abosolute bottom ranked fraternity on life support 2 years ago with just a handfull of members at Cal Poly.The Alumni dug deep and built a brand new fraternity house the first one purposely built as a fraternity, what a couple of years makes ! a huge PC which was hands down the cream of the crop of guys looking at fraternities last year which lead them on a metoric rise into the top tier of fraternities at CP. They will be #1 after this years PC.
