Comment:  This is the house that does the least for the Greek community outside of partying. Minimal philanthropy participation, low service hours, and a bottom GPA. Not to mention I keep hearing about a particular Pi Phi who's a chronic cheater on her boyfriend in Kappa Sig. This house literally has no value.
