Comment:  Phi Psi has one of the strongest brotherhoods I know. The guys are really supportive of one another and know how to treat and respect women. This chapter has a great amount of diversity with multiple international guys. They know how to party and have a great time. Definitely a top house along with FIJI, Sig Chi, and Kappa Sig. (Throw in SAE too I guess)
