Comment:  The difference between dchi and pikapp is substantial. Both are regarded as top social frats. However, pi kapp has stolen and burned dchi flags, cut their volleyball net down, and instilled pledges to hate dchi. That is why dchi is my favorite fraternity on campus. Stay classy boys
