Comment:  This house is what you call a drama free house. The girls are beautiful, intelligent, and super pleasant to be around. When i met a few i was super impressed. If you're using terms like "top tier" or "bottom tier" i feel really sorry for you and you should stay in high school or major in general studies because you must be dumb. Look beyond popularity and looks. At the end of the day all sororities are the effing same.
