Comment:  upper mid for sure with good houses, good parties, and good relations. These guys are making a run for the top especially now that AEPI is struggling with casa not being an option. ZBT's social scene improved alot but are still not as favored as Kappa Sig. Competed all last year with TKE to crack the on campus big three but only time will tell with what happens this semester
