Comment:  Great group of guys. Not a huge house, but slowly starting to become more socially relevant. Throw great parties, but are more a friend house than a party house. Literally combine Phi Delts and TDX and you'll get Phi Pools. Great Academics, strong brotherhood. Definitely on the rise.
