Comment:  The only reason I think these girls are still bottom tier is from the house being so new/not established, but every girl I've met in this house is tons of fun and super nice. Lots of friends in this house. I see potential in them rising as the years go on, but decided not to pref here because I wanted a house with a stronger legacy at Cal.
