Comment:  These guys are top tier, and probably number 3 on my list. They are involved with the community, and are popular. They do not have as many parties, and are questionably social. I rushed them, and hanged out with them only once, the next day I got a bid... I did not really have much fun with them, but the point is that, they should probably be alittle more selective with their members (or atleast act like it). Other than that, keep up the good work with the philanthropy.
