Comment:  This chapter is not set up yet and I do not understand how people are posting overwhelmingly low or high rankings. They do not have a house, which will affect their popularity. They are expected to have extremely high costs because they do not have a house and need to raise funds for starting the chapter and everything else. It will be full of recruitment rejects. It might be a good sisterhood but they likely won't have good blocks or events because they are new. Might be cool in a few years!
