Comment:  "on their way up" debate is useless because the top 4 is a strong group of sororities (all on russell, been the top 4 for years, for pre recruitment 2 of the top frats specifically had 4 exchanges, only with top 4), so if you're 5th you're kind of just stuck there. Not to say they're not a good house, just not moving anywhere anytime soon
