Comment:  The TTU Pike chapter looked like it was on the way out a couple of years ago after getting in trouble on campus several times, but now it seems to be doing the opposite. They've stopped getting in trouble and seem to be getting generally classier guys. They also seem to be rebounding in numbers as well. Overall still middle tier but that could change soon as they are gaining in numbers and quality with each new semester.
