Comment:  These guys need to get their act together. This was once one of the dominant social and athletic houses on campus. It will take time to reclaim past glory but they need to start by getting a brand new house. 640 Oxford is a toxic waste dump. Once they've got a new house they should bring back former zeeb leaders and best to help recruit.
