Comment:  Being a former phi delt and re rushing,I can really tell how these guys stepped it up from previous semesters. Used to be a bunch of awakward guys that low-key raged but they have been much more active in not only recruiting but a lot of social aspects on campus. In my opinion, on the up swing of great things.
