Comment:  yes they are a bottom tier but they are new and its impossible to get a perfect group of girls the first year of a new chapter on campus. DZ has done a great job and have been super involved so far. you can tell they are really trying to get themselves out there more, it will take a while to be where they want but they will eventually become middle
