Comment:  I'm rushing this semester and I feel like AOII definitely self ranks. Don't get me wrong, they're sweet and down to earth, but they're not top tier. They have a genuine sisterhood, but they're not top tier because they don't party too hard and during recruitment, some girls were so boring.
