Comment:  They don't have a house, which automatically ranks bottom. But the girls they picked last year were pretty much solely picked if they were pretty. Lack substance and sisterhood, as some alpha phis don't even know others in their pledge class. Very shallow, and the younger girls tend to be more so than older. Their philanthropy is nonexistent considering they only have been on campus for a year.
