Comment:  theta xi's parties have been fun. The basement is always cleaned up for the parties and the guys are nice. They seem to all be friends with each other and get along well. After the party one brother called an uber for a girl. good class. The guys could dress more frat-like though. Class of 18s and 19s are a solid group of guys and arent stuck up like pikes or ZBT.
