Comment:  Great guys with solid parties, but they basically only party with TEKE or Sigma Chi. Kind of a stoner fraternity, they are always sitting outside don't do much philanthropy either. AEPi and DChi are the only relevant houses on 19th, worth going to a party or two to check it out yourself though.
