Comment:  Theta Chi has great parties but I have never seen a sober person there sadly. I mean what if someone gets hurt. Also, when I was rushing fraternities, their brotherhood didn't seem that great to me. Last thing, coming from someone who lives in a greek house, Theta Chi's is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even imagine trying to live there comfortably.
