Comment:  The negative rankings here must be from other mid tier frats trying to tear these guys down. Phi delt is a great middle frat with nice respectful guys. They mix with middle to lower sororities. I don't know if they mix with spirit groups. They have 2 houses one is for parties. They are great guys not too concerned with rankings. Love me some phi delts.
