Comment:  Coming from someone that is not on a sorority, I can tell that a phi rushes based on looks. Almost all of these girls look alike. While they may be considered a "pretty sorority", this makes them lack in the personality department. I feel judged every time I am near someone in a phi and I sometimes wonder if girls in a phi feel judged by their sisters.
