Comment:  There is a lot of potential for these women but because they are so new it's hard to gain popularity. When I went through recruitment it was very difficult to talk to these women, I felt like I was giving the interview more than they were. They also were very open about talking about alcohol which is a no no to the Panhellenic community! Also know that their dues and standards fine are through the roof!
