Comment:  From personal experience with Zeta, I would say this years recruitment is either going to make or break the chapter. At the pace they are going, they definitely have the potential to drop in their rankings. Their reputation is changing from a fun and light hearted sorority, to a very strict and uptight chapter. The girls taking leadership are very strict and are taking the fun out of the chapter. On the flip side, the majority of the chapter is still VERY sweet, fun and really awesome girls.
